2015 Soccer Marketing Guide cover

AC&M partners with Portada to Release 2015 Soccer Marketing Guide

For the second consecutive year, we’ve partnered with Portada, leaders in the Latin American marketing and media space, to present the 2015 Soccer Marketing Guide. As a marketing agency with a keen focus on soccer, we’ve taped into our experience from working with clients from all levels of the soccer industry to offer up insights on this year’s top opportunities.

While last year’s soccer marketing efforts were focused around the game’s most prestigious tournament, the 2014 FIFA World Cup, 2015 is no slouch. This year features its share of events that’ll command marketing dollars, chief among them being the FIFA Women’s World Cup, where the U.S. National Team will be a favorite. Shortly after, the CONCACAF Gold Cup kicks off here in the U.S. (with a couple games being held in our hometown of Charlotte); and although the Copa America is being held in Chile this year, you can bet that many of the 54 million U.S. Hispanics will be tuning in to cheer on their favorite South American nations. Now is also the time to be proactive in planning efforts for next year, when the Centennial Copa America brings its historic competition to U.S. soil for the first time ever.

The 2015 Soccer Marketing Guide speaks to the aforementioned events and is a must-have resource for any marketing professional looking to grow their bottom line through soccer. Along with fellow premium partners BeIN Sports, Blogsi, and Azteca Multimedia, we facilitated research and created content for the guide, which includes:

– Need-to-know insights about 6 major events in 2015

– An exclusive interview with Pattie Falch, Director of Sponsorships and Events, Heineken USA, on the role of soccer in Heineken’s global marketing strategy

– The Battle of the Retail Sports Brand, a piece that discusses the rivalry between the worlds two largest soccer retail brands, Nike and adidas.

– 5 things brands need to know to create successful Soccer Influencer Campaigns

The 2015 Soccer Marketing Guide is available as a free download on Portada’s website using this Link. As thought leaders in the soccer marketing industry, and an agency with a genuine passion for the beautiful game, we hope that this guide helps businesses realize the vast opportunities that soccer presents as a marketing platform.
