23 Dec AC&M Teams Up With Local Youth Club To Bring Holiday Cheer
Earlier this week, AC&M had the honor of partnering up with RSM and the U.S. Soccer Foundation to add a little extra Holiday cheer this season for some lucky boys and girls.
The U.S Soccer Foundation’s Passback program collects and redistributes soccer equipment to children in underserved communities. Since its inception in 2002, Passback has collected and redistributed over one million pieces of gently-used and new equipment.
In the Queen City, The Urban Eagles work closely with the parents of the children, Albemarle Road Elementary & Middle Schools, as well as Eastern Hills Baptist Church. Their mission is to encourage and mentor each child’s physical, mental, social and spiritual development through soccer to make an impact in these urban neighborhoods.
For that reason, the teams were thrilled to be able to connect each kid at the Urban Eagles with a pair of cleats ahead of Christmas.
Thank you to everyone involved for making this happen and we hope you have a Happy Holiday!
