A pioneer in using digital and social media to efficiently reach multicultural audiences developing campaigns with strategic focus, ensuring insight-driven planning, meticulous execution, and continuous optimization to meet client goals.

Jaime Cardenas

CEO

A talented marketing professional with 20+ years of experience leading creative, strategic and results-based marketing solutions. She has a deep passion for multicultural audiences understanding the importance they have as individual segments, and as part of the ever-evolving “total market”. She has led marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 Clients including Sherwin-Williams, Colgate-Palmolive, Lowe’s and Verizon, and has extensive experience in the public sector as well.

Alfredo co-founded AC&M Group as part of a class project while earning his MBA at Wake Forest University . He is an Industrial Engineer from ITESM Mexico with an MBA from Wake Forest University. In his role as strategic advisor, Alfredo brings a unique business and entrepreneurial perspective to AC&M Group’s projects

His client portfolio includes major names like American Airlines, Clamato, Lowe’s, Coca-Cola, Sherwin Williams, and Stanley Black & Decker, among others. Pacino has also leveraged his expertise to guide Mexican brands in effectively penetrating and thriving within the U.S. market.

Prior to joining AC&M, launched Kelme into the U.S. market and led the Hispanic marketing initiative for Soccer.com.
